When I try to install. It doesn't show me partition that I have newly created. It wants to partition whole disk and remove all data.

I am trying to fix it since 2 days but I simply can't. Things are too confusing. I have Windows that runs good, but I can't install any Linux. GParted shows an error, that overlapping of partitions is not allowed.

Below is the output of: sudo fdisk -l -u /dev/sda

Disk /dev/sda: 160.0 GB, 160041885696 bytes

and then install Kali w/o making any partition.
you can do it during installation

You mean deleting a partition and making free space? I have did this by Mini Partition Tool but free space doesn't appears while installing kali. only shows hard disk as whole

 just press graphic install and install it. Kali will find those free space during installation
if you make it right

Yes I followed that guide. In GParted it shows my whole hard disk unallocated.
