Hi everyone.Who can help me? My kali version is latest.
When i write apt-get upgrade i see this error:

And after i try to install netbeans ide. Apt-get install netbeans.
I see this error.

and when i want to reboot or shutdown , My pc don't shutdown or reboot. Pleace help me . How can i fix this errors?
