I followed the steps here:

http://docs.kali.org/downloading/kali-linux-live-usb-install
and
http://docs.kali.org/downloading/kali-linux-live-usb-persistence

and it's currently working as intended (I assume.. if I add something to my desktop, or add a file in /etc/ as a test, these files remain after a reboot)

What I'd really like to do though is making this ENTIRELY persistent. For example, if I change the root password and reboot, it's still on the toor password. I assume if I add apps or update they would be probably lost too after a reboot.

Is there a way to make the entire installation persistent?

Thanks
