Okay this is weird whenever i am booting into the Live USB Kali the systems automatically logs me into the computer with no password which is fine for me since i am using a live usb device.
My problem is when my computer comes back from sleep mode or from the lock screen and it asks me for the root password- that's when it doesn't work at all. I know my root password the same password I use when using the virtual box in Ubuntu.
I searched online for answers and they mentioned to use the recovery mode in the advance tab in the grub interface and yet this options doesn't exit (recovery mode).
Do anybody else having this problem and how can I reset my password if I do not have the recovery mode in my grub tab?
