I have a kali server in LA/US.
IP:107.150.100.X From：American UCloud.
cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main contrib non-free
but when I run "apt-get update". http.kali.org redirect me to CN.
apt-get update
Hit:1 http://mirror.hust.edu.cn/kali kali-rolling InRelease
Is that Http-DNS? How does the server decide my location? IP？ Company？ Language？Timezone（this setting is Pacific Ocean）？ Or any other things？ Pls tell me.
Maybe it's a bug on redirect?

(It's very important and emerency. Because of the wrong redirect and China Great Firewall(GFW), the update is downloaded in only 16KBps or lower.)
