Kali 2016.2 usb 3g modem not working, on kali 2016.1 work without problems

Hi,
I have problem with my 3g USB modem Alcatel onetouch X602D. When i plug it, it's not working. I doesn't have this problem on Kali linux 2016.1 and windows, because it's work without problems. Now system not show "Mobile Broadband Connections" option.

iwconfig, ifconfig not detect ppp0 interface. I cant add modem manually, because i don't have "Mobile Broadband Connections".

I'm facing same kind of probelm.In my case "Mobile Broadband Connections" is available but whenever I try connect with it, it fails to connect :(
