View Full Version : Nexus 7 2012 wifi has non-rolling repos?
After installing Nethunter 3 on my Nexus 7 it has the old kali repos and they error out when i attempt update/upgrade. Can i just edit the sources list for apt to include the rolling repos and all will be good? I have seen something about removing and reinstalling the chroot via kali apk to resolve it and give me the rolling repos but that did not work. Thank you.
Can you please show the output cat /etc/apt/sources.list

ok i will give it a try. thank you.
Ok so i made the changes to my sources list as suggested on the kali docs site, and it worked once. Now i get this error:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libc-dev-bin : Depends: libc6 (> 2.24) but 2.19-18 is installed
libc6-dev : Depends: libc6 (= 2.24-8) but 2.19-18 is installed
locales : Depends: libc-bin (> 2.24) but 2.19-18 is installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.
When i try -f, glibc says the kernel needs to be upgraded to 3.2 or later and the apt-get upgrade fails.
My current kernel is: Linux kali 3.1.10-Bricked-v0.591-g0a2e5f6
Any idea on how to work around this? Thank you.
