one plus one error installing kali under 12.1 ,and no terminal under 13.1 ...

first i have one plus one (1)

i installed TWRP , flash :

1-cm-12.1-YOG4PAS3JL-bacon-signed.zip
2-SuperSU.zip

boot ,reboot recovery

3-nethunter-oneplus1-lollipop-3.0.zip

here all work fine ,but no upgrade && update aivable.

flash

kernel-nethunter-oneplus1-lollipop-3.15.4-20170211-0304.zip

boot , ok
apt-get upgrade && apt-get update work fine

but in new version ,mode monitor dont work on my TL-WN722N :
