i am having problems installing the nvidia drivers and getting it to go past the stage where i can do the smi test and benchmark tests and i was wondering.

does the kali rolling iso images contain basic drivers that will allow programs like hashcat and aircrack-ng to use the cuda cores without installing the drivers from nvidia?

You'll need nvidia/amd driver for hashcat to work. Aircrack-ng doesn't require any special driver since it uses the CPU.

Just FYI, 2.0 is not supported anymore (no packages/updates).

will Aircrack-ng benefit from gpu?
