I am dual booting kali and windows on my laptop and when it got repaired they replaced the motherboard, wireless card and a whole bunch of other stuff. They also broke something software related because grub2 had to be reinstalled and lots of tools are broken (Missing files, Apt-get seems to always be broken, ect.)
I want to completely reinstall kali. Is there a command for this (I have already tried apt-get install kali-linux-full and that didn't work) or should I just start from the beginning and install from usb again?
Thanks for any support you guys can give, Let me know if I need to post anything (Screenshots, specs ect.)

Fresh install of kali will be easier. However grub will show error while being installed again because it is already present in your EFI partition. You have to delete grub as well. Boot into live USB and enter mount /dev/sda1 /mnt. You can then delete grub bootloader from /mnt. umount /mnt and then make fresh install.
