Well my title pretty much says it all. I'm not sure if I'm using the correct link to install from, it is from 2010, but I haven't had a need to install tor since then.

wget http://www.torproject.org/dist/tor-0.2.1.21.tar.gz

Is there an updated link? I'm getting this when "wget'ing":

wget http://www.torproject.org/dist/tor-0.2.1.21.tar.gz

What's my issue here? Any help would be fantastic. Thanks, everyone! ;)

Simply means they have removed the extremely outdated file you are looking for. Go search for a current one.
