Hash Sum mismatch

Hi Guys.

I have a fresh install of Kali running on VMware. I wanted to check for any updates before i start using the OS. When i run apt-get update then apt-get upgrade
I get the errors below. Now before I get another forum warning. I have searched the forum and yes I have been over the posts of others. Changing the source address to another location does not make a blind bit of difference. I am sorry if I have missed something here and I am looking for suggestions and help to resolve this.

I am running a fresh install of Kali VMware ESXi 5.5.

My standard sources.list looks like below.

This usually happens when you catch a repo in mid-sync. Give it a few minutes (like, 10-20), then run an update and upgrade again. if this issue persists, there may be an issue with the mirror you're connecting to. If that's the case, submit a bug report (at bugs.kali.org) together with the output of the command curl -sI http://http.kali.org/README.

This usually happens too if you are doing the upgrade behind a proxy. It depends of the proxy configuration of course (not always is happening).

I face the same problem a couple of days now, apt tries to get packages ettercap, mimikatz and others and fails with hash mismatch error. Apt fetches packages from ftp.ccc.uoc.gr (University of Crete in Greece) , is there a way to try other mirror?
