DELL E7250 Wireless problem

I just installed kali today on my new laptop but I have a problem with the WI-FI.
It is "unavailable".

I can't post the dmesg because it's too long...

I'll be very gratefull if you can help me with this because I really need to connect!

the answer was that I only needed to create a new user and then delete it. It work after that!

That's odd...maybe something wonky happened with the drivers.
