Hello everyone,
I've been using Kali Linux since its first release and i have even used backtrack before the release of Kali Linux, i used to run Backtrack/Kali on dual boot with windows, all seemed to work good from years ago, but all of a sudden i executed the apt-get upgrade command and boom after reboot Kali is showing up "Kernel panic not syncing VFS", i tried to follow tutorials on the net but nothing works.

Things that didn't work out for me:

Booting boot-repair-disk and checking & repairing partition using GParted
Trying to set GRUB to boot on an older image of kali (no errors but after reboot it's all the same messages)
Repairing GRUB using boot-repair-disk utility

I'm really stuck, and i don't know where this is coming from, i also forgot to mention that virtualization is enabled too so that couldn't be coming from a BIOS configuration problem.
Below is the list of info that could help you figure out the problem with me
