I am trying to install the latest version of Kali Linux on my MacBook Pro mid 2017 version. I am able to boot from USB and can launch the installer, but the onboard keyboard and trackpad don't work. I then plug in an external keyboard and mouse and can proceed though the installer up until I try to connect to the wireless network. Has anyone had any luck getting Kali Linux installed onto a MacBook Pro mid 2017 version?

The "Dual Boot Kali on Mac Hardware" instructions don't indicate what works or what others have been able to get working with a some effort. Any help would be appreciated.

Was wondering if you had any luck with this. I have a older 2014 that I have been running Kali with no issues on. Just got a 2018 MBPro 15" and am having a heck of a time. Was able to get it partitioned and refind installed, but for whatever reason it cant see the hard drive when I am going through the install.
