Hello guys

I am trying to install a different linux distro and got curious about KALI. As far as I understand, it is used for system penetration and security tests (for system administrators), but... would it work also as an everyday use distribution for work, programming, games, etc, or should be used just for security tests?

Thanks for any comment and suggestion...

Its not a "daily driver" per say. Good luck

Not really. If you're not doing SDR, using the GPU (for cracking), want to use the built-in wifi or use bluetooth with kali, virtualizing is the way to go.

I've been using it as a general OS for like 4 years. I find it a good OS for off label use.
