By default I think that faraday uses the username faraday and not user/root, something seems to be wrong with the latest 2018.4 build because I can get the default password and I can't reset the postgres password without breaking all of the other applications that require it.
Requesting that the default username/password for faraday be added somewhere to the kali documentation or that the passwords be brought inline with the kali default of root/toor.
