Pair ESP32 with Inbuilt Serial Bluetooth using Kali OS

Hi, What is the best way to connect the BLE device ESP32 (https://store.ncd.io/product/esp32-iot-wifi-ble-module-with-integrated-usb/) with Serial Bluetooth which is Inbuilt in laptop? Can we read the BLE device data in bytes format by using serial method code in C programming what changes will be useful?

Any kind of suggestion on this will be very useful.

You may get an answer here, but you would have a much greater chance in the ESP32 or Arduino-type forum, as Kali is not very relevant here and the way it would work is pretty much the same across all Linux version.
