I am trying to create an i3-gaps variant of Kali (Or i3wm if I am really forced into). My kali.list.chroot can be found here (https://gist.github.com/Arszilla/3a61ae15d6ddb6fd1c7c8512fac47cdf).
Now my issue is the ISO compiles just fine and the installer works. But the issue is post installation; when it reboots, I get no xorg, i3wm, etc. Its as if all the packages are gone...
I am also trying to switch the i3wm to i3-gaps but unsure how to do it. Any assistance on how to do it would be appreciated.
