[ APT INSTALL ] without being upgraded dependencies

Hi mates,

i'm having problem with Kali apt install, I wanna save my Old Kali 2018-01 for daily using because it's working well with other tools such as Fluxion, bettercap, ettercap, mdk3... , but whenever I use "apt install" any tool from Repository, after installation, Fluxion or Bettercap is malfunction because of dependencies are updated during apt install command.

So, i wanna ask is there any way which I could use to install any tool offline to prevent my dependencies being updated ?

manually installing tools from scratch, but you may end up having to remove the old tool, which in turn could become a problem. Or require other dependencies.
