Hello guys,
I have an ASUS X509UA laptop running on Windows 10 64bits. I wanted to install Kali Linux (2019.3) so I followed all the procedure:
-Create bootable USB with Rufus
-Create a partition on my disk (24Go)
-Disable Fast and Secure Boot in BIOS
-Do the graphical installation
But when the time to chose a partition where installing Kali comes, I cannot see the partition I created. I can't even my SSD. I can only see my USB key.

By the way, here's some informations about my setup

3637
(the other commands don't work)
(This is on the Kali Subsystem provided by the Windows Store)

Thanks for your help

I don't know for sure, but it *may* be due to the secureboot.

In case you want to give info about hardware, you can use the command lshw.

I've already disabled the secure boot.
Here's some info about hardware:

Check in your UEFI settings. Storage configuration> Configure SATA as AHCI should be selected. You have to reinstall Windows also after switching to AHCI otherwise the Windows won't boot. Is it set to AHCI already?

No, it isn't set to AHCI, so when I'll turn SATA as AHCI, my windows partition will be enrased ?

Windows will not be erased but it will not boot. Switch to AHCI and see if SSD shows up in Installer menu.
