USB "Busy" problems using VB with Kali tried all found methods

I noob so don't beat me for missing the solution. i have searched and tried a few methods to resolve this. The main one I saw that worked is going into windows10 registry and deleting the upperfilters file method(except I don't show and upperfilter file in that directory , I've done the updateds and upgrades, I've tried inserting guest tools and even the extension pack for vb. And other info i'm using a Panda Wireless Model:PAU09 win10 OS with Portable Virtualbox running Kali linux
