Ok So I recently installed Kali Linux on one of my Old Laptop (Around 9 years Old)...
After some days I tried Parrot Security with Mate DE...
The problem is the xfce-power-manger was unable to change my display brightness...
But the one in Parrot i.e. mate-power-manager is able to do that...
I was not planning to install the Mate DE as I like the default xfce as it is lightweight...
So I decided to install the mate-power-manager in my xfce DE. I installed it using apt-get in terminal. But even after a restart I am not able to see the mate-power-manage in the notification panel.
It is not even showing up in the Search.
Please Help Me:confused:
