How to debug a back screen of death with underscore?

I got kali-linux-2019.4-amd64. It crashes with black screen with only underscore.
It is interesting thing because it happens when I leave my laptop and I am stop working on it.

How to find the reason? Who can help me with this?

It doesn't work. I have checked few times and a login prompt doesn't appear.

Ok, try to login in via single-user mode by appending 'single' into your grub prompt.
