Connect to vnc on lan (Rootless)

I followed the guide to install Nethunter in Termux, everything works properly but when I try to connect to the vnc server outside of localhost it doesn't work. I'm 100% sure that I entered the right IP address and port but it I get an error saying that I can't establish a connection.

You need to port forward your ip.
