Hello everyone,
I am facing a problem while installing Kali Linux(2020.1[latest]) onto my laptop. I have used Kali before(older builds as VMs). My problem is that after installing the Kali base system and other stuff when the installer tries to install grub it says 'grub-dummy install failed'. My laptop is Lenovo G580 powered by an Intel i3 2nd gen and 4GB RAM.
I already have Windows 10 running. It is my primary OS. I wish to install Kali beside it.
My laptop HDD partitioning scheme is GPT and therefore Windows 10 boots in UEFI mode. Please guide me on what to do to get it running on my laptop normally.
