Importing files from windows 10 to Kali Linux WSL

Hello, I'm fairly new to Linux. I have Kali Linux installed and I'm using the Kali Linux WSL app built in to Windows 10. How do I import folders/files from windows 10 to Kali? Is there a command line for this because the Kali Linux WSL doesn't have a GUI interface.
