You have install Python 3 with apt. This is my CLI output:

root@kali:~# python
Python 2.7.18 (default, Apr 20 2020, 20:30:41)
[GCC 9.3.0] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> exit
Use exit() or Ctrl-D (i.e. EOF) to exit
>>>
root@kali:~# apt install python3
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
python3 is already the newest version (3.8.2-3).
python3 set to manually installed.
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
libmozjs-68-0
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove it.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
root@kali:~# python3
Python 3.8.6 (default, Sep 25 2020, 09:36:53)
[GCC 10.2.0] on linux
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>>

Use the command sudo apt install python3 and install python 3. After that, you can cd into the sherlock folder and run your command, Hope this helps.
