Windows xRDP to Kali Build 2020.2

I have a fresh install of Kali 2020.2 on a VM. I just installed xRDP and every time I RDP to Kali OS I get a completely different desktop than what I see on the actual VM. How do I RDP to Kali and keep the original desktop.
