Installing into a freenas VM. After the install completed system booted and left me at a black screen with a flashing cursor. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and it drops into grub rescue with an error message: file '/grub/x86_64-efi/normal.mod' not found.
I've tried setting the prefix and root, anything but (hd0, gpt2) gives an error when insmod normal is run.
I'd disconnected the cdrom so it wouldn't boot from the iso, but even after I reconnected it, it doesn't boot from it.
I'm fresh out of ideas.
