VMware password is not working

Hi,

I just downloaded the VMWare from the official site and I am trying to sign in but it wont let me. Let standard user:pass root:toor does not work and yes, I typed it correctly, about 10 times. I cant find any other password here or in the docs.

Are you sure you typed or pasted the new password correctly?Did you try requesting again?Anyway, in the meantime you can edit your user xml file stored in data/users and replace

Also having this issue and would appreciate help. I found teh default kali/kali works but I still would like the root creds.
