Hello guys I'm new to kali. I've installed kali linux 2020.2 on my ssd(full installation) which is connected to my computer via usb port and I want to take it as a portable os that could boot on other computers. However, I cannot boot it on another computer and I come up with a question.

My question is: is it okay to boot a full installation kali linux on different computers? For example, a ssd installed with kali using computer A with an i5 cpu, and boot this ssd using computer B with an amd r5 cpu.

I know this problem could be solve using live usb installation, but I wonder why the full installation cannot be done or how it can be solved.
If anyone got some ideas please let me know, thanks
