Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) wifi error - firmware trap in dongle

Hi all,

I`m trying to use Raspberry Pi 4 (4GB) with kali, when i switch the wifi to monitor mode it works, but after a 15-45 secs it stop working and I got these errors:

I tried this images too:
kali-linux-2020.2b-rpi3-nexmon.img.xz
kali-linux-2020.3-rpi3-nexmon.img.xz
kali-linux-2020.3-rpi3-nexmon-64.img.xz

Every image i tried produce exactly the same issue.

Not sure what to do so, any help or suggestion would be good.

I cant signin from a raspberry pi client, but I can from other computers and OS. Here is attached my log file. I tried unisntall and reinstall it neorouter client, as root or pi user, but no luck.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance
