Run Kali Linux on Virtual-Box/VMWare

i wanna run kali as virtual OS inside my primary OS and i'm using VirtualBox
and as i read and watch the tutorial for run kali on VB, the version should be Debian 64-bit
but, there's no option for that!

anybody know how to solve this?

for VMWare, how many free space should be allocated for kali?
