I downloaded and then mounted the below OVA file in my Oracle? VirtualBox as a VM

This is a Debian Version of Kali Linux.
Is there some location from where I can download and then use Ubuntu based Kali Linux rather than Debian based Kali Linux? Talking both about with/without as Virtual image
Debian version of Kali Linux has less features than Ubuntu version of Kali Linux as shown in when comparing below screenshots. Is there a way by which I can add these extra, missing features in my Debian version as well. I don?t know why the features are less in 1st place.
