Broswer Page won't load (Error code: ssl_error_protocol_version_alert)

(Error code: ssl_error_protocol_version_alert)

I get the following error when trying to access a website on my virtual server. I've tried this on multiple computers on different connections, and I still get the same problem. I also tried downloading chrome to see if it works in another browser, however, I get even more errors trying to extract the debian file. Please help.
