On apt get upgrade my pc had lost power. Now when I boot into Kali I no long have a desktop environment and I am met with these errors:

apt-get upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information ... Done
You Might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.
The Following packages have unmet dependencies

gcc : Depends: cpp(=4:10.2.1-1) but 4:9.2.1-3.1 is installed
Depends: gcc-10 (>= 10.2.1-3~) but it is not installed
Reccomends: libc6dev-dev but it is not installed or libc-dev

libbluetooth-dev : Depends: libc6-dev or libc-dev
// The depends are the same following libs

libexpat1-dev
libncurses-dev
libpcap0.8-dev
libstdc++-7-dev
libstdc++-8-dev

linux-headers-amd64 : Depends: linux-headers-5.10.0-kali4-amd64 (5.10.19-1kali1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try --fix-broken install with no packages.

Upon attempted --fix-broken install i am met with the same along with:

E: Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages
E: Unable to correct dependencies.

I've looked everywhere for this specific issue and I have found nothing. Every time I try to install a dependency or fun dkpg with -a
