As the subject says: the attempt to log into the bug tracker fails, attempting to reset the password fails with the following error:

Maximum number of in-progress requests reached. Please contact the system administrator.
Please use the "Back" button in your web browser to return to the previous page. There you can correct whatever problems were identified in this error or select another action. You can also click an option from the menu bar to go directly to a new section.
Of course, there's no link, e-mail address or anything that would refer to who that ominous system administrator is, whom I should contact...
