Kali Linux opening, then shutting itself instantly

I downloaded Kali Linux for Windows 10 just yesterday to check it out, and though it has downloaded perfectly, and I have given it all the permissions it needs, I cannot get it to open. It runs, and instantly closes itself as soon as it opens. Before that, it ran perfectly but when it asked for me to enter a username it kept saying file not found.

Is there any reason why this is happening? If so, how can I fix it?
