Greetings, everyone. I am a relatively new user of kali OS, as well as generally Linux OS, but I have a problem with Kali OS which has caused me to reinstall the OS several times in the last year, but the same problem has been repeated every time. When I restart my laptop or try to turn it off, the OS shuts down, but not the laptop I just get a black screen with the Kali logo, and the cooler fan starts on. Of course, at first, I thought that the OS simply needed more time to shut down, but even after 15 minutes nothing happens, and of course, my only option is to manually turn off my laptop, which is not a good solution but there are no other solutions. I have to point out that before Kali I used Ubuntu and I didn't have such a problem and that kali is installed on bare metal.
