Issue with Virtualbox - "Failed to open a session"

Hello!

I just downloaded the latest version of Virtualbox 6.1.28.
And then imported Kali and then when I try to start up, I get the message below:




The virtual machine 'Kali-Linux-2021.3-vbox-amd64' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005).



Result Code:

E_FAIL (0x80004005)

I am really not sure how to fix the issue. We do have Cylance Protect, I already asked my IT provider to white list the Virtualbox directory as well.

I appreciate any tips anyone has. I really need to get this to work.
