Issue with Virtualbox - "Failed to open a session"

Hello I am having an issue using Kali on Virtualbox:

I imported the image without issue and then when I try to run I get this error message:

I am using Virtualbox 6.1.28

I already uninstalled and reinstalled Virtualbox.

I get this error message:
