kali vmware keyboard [Archive]

hey Kali Developers/Users,
I have installed kali linux vmware image on Vmware and starting it working fine but when i start after shut down the keyboard is not working and caplock lock is ON but i tried ubuntu on same system its working fine.
I hope u can understand...................
be anonymous and keep hacking

I am having the same issue. Done a lot of searching on the Internet, but no luck. This issue happens on Windows 11. Not seeing this problem on Windows 10. Anyone have any insights?

I am experiencing the same issue on Windows 11. Works fine on Windows 10. My keyboard works fine in VMWare with Ubuntu, Arch & CentOS8, just having the issue with Kali. Doing a search for this issue on the net and found some folks with the same problem on Reddit, but no fix. Any ideas would be appreciated.
