my previous install Kile Live 2021.4 successful, but few days later cannot re-start. I do not have a choice, just make new install usb, but when I install half way it hang there. I don't know why can somebody help, thank.

Choose a basic install, with no extras, and once the system is installed you can update it/add any packages you want.
Usually it fails when you ask it to install extra packages and the network connection drops during the download phase.
