powershell-empire in Kali not behaving as expected

Hi,

I just started out working with Kali and try to use powershell-empire, but after starting it it shows me this:

From digging through several tutorials that does not seem right. Any ideas? I installed powershell-empire through apt, but also tried via git. Both outputs are the same. What am I missing?

Thanks, I know the commands. My Problem is, that the command prompt in Empire Shell only accepts the "exit" command, nothing else. Even the start screen looks different from what to expect.

On my computer the screenshot looks fine and good readable:

I'm not doubting you have the correct commands, but I can't read the images to 'see' what is being returned or what your seeing yourself..

you asked, 'what am I missing' and without seeing any output, ?

Found my mistake. I was in the server command shell ;) ***. Well, typical newbee confusion...
