Question Windows 10 Subsystems install of Kali using hashcat doesn't see GPU?

When installing Kali on windows 10 I told me I needed CUDA toolkit which I downloaded and installed it was almost 4 GB in size. As far as I'm away that has opencl, and the cuda things required to run GPU things.

For some reason when I run hashcat it's only using my cpu and not my gpu. If I do hashcat -I it only lists my CPU there as well.

I'm not sure what I am missing to get hashcat to use my GPU instead.

I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

I got rid of kali and decided to use xubuntu instead and just installed a bunch of the kali tools on it. Without the ability to crack at super fast speeds using GPU kali is useless to me
