i a having trouble installing kali linux 32bit i need step by step instructions

my os is windows 8 64bit ,i used vmware workstation 10 to install kali linux,but when i started the virtual machine . the followig error popped up ,

i have no idea what and how to fix this and how do we get the latest updates and versions of kali linux without reinstalling the whole thing,anyone

From the sounds of it, you may need to change a setting in your BIOS to enable 'Virtualization Technology'.
