Configuring keyboard layout?

During the install I have set thewrong layout for my keyboard or wasn´t able to configure the right one.

Where can I configure it? Or do I need to reinstall?

So what is the solution? I cannot find a way to change the keyboard layout on Kali 2016.1
Neither Keyboard nor the Regional section of the system tools can do it. I only want to change the layout to the faster AZERTY and keep all language and formats in English.

I can not find Dvorak on Kali 2016.2 either.
I remember I can use Dvorak on previous versions like 2015.
Could you tell me how to use Dvorak on the new version Kali?
