    Wireless issue accessing the WWW

    What I did:
Used the Win32DiskImager to install kali-linux-1.1.0-i386.iso on a 20gig a hard drive with a USB interface. 20gig hard drive device, kali Used Space 3,178,496 bytes; Free space: 61,523,968 bytes, Drives total capacity 64,702,464 bytes. The Installed kali-linux window 7 version on a USB hard drive and boots OK.
When using Windows 7, the www is access, using Internet explorer via the Verizon Jetpack MiFi 5510L(hotspot) and Netgear N300 Wireless USB Adapter WNA3100 installed driver. Netgear says the WNA3100 does not support linux.
I have the following question: Has anyone used a wireless adapter that will interface with the Verizon hotspot? Also does a driver have to be installed within kali-linux?
