NO sound output device:(

hey i just updated to kali v2 also i installed kali in my hard as only os! so soon i found out that armitage not working so i had to do updating stuff which i read on other thread and reboted which fixed it but new issue is no sound .. and cant choose my sound device(nothing showing)!:
but i guess my sound device detected to kali which i checked with : cat /proc/asound/cards
2 [Device ]: USB-Audio - USB PnP Sound Device
C-Media Electronics Inc. USB PnP Sound Device at usb-0000:00:1a.0-1.2, full spe

i also got knew info
when i start booting up into os when i want to enter root user and password i can control my headset but after i log into kali it just gone... any advise<3?
